Subscription Terms And Refund Policy

Plans

Zillow Deal Analyzer offers a Free plan and a Pro plan.

The Free plan includes local deal screening and limited workflow capacity.

The Pro plan unlocks higher workflow limits for search review, exports, print reports, and other gated productivity features shown in the extension.

Final prices, billing interval, applicable taxes, and payment method details are shown in Stripe Checkout before payment is submitted.

Billing

Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe-hosted Checkout and Billing Portal pages. Zillow Deal Analyzer does not collect or store payment card numbers directly.

Subscriptions renew automatically according to the billing interval selected at checkout unless canceled before renewal.

Stripe may send invoices, receipts, payment-failure notices, and other billing communications.

Cancellation

Users can manage payment methods, view invoices, and cancel subscriptions through the Stripe Billing Portal from the Account tab.

For the first launch, normal self-serve cancellation is cancellation at the end of the current paid billing period. Pro access remains active through that paid period, then the account returns to Free limits after Stripe marks the subscription ended.

If a user needs help canceling, they can email zillowextension@proton.me from the signed-in account email.

Refunds

Subscriptions are not automatically prorated or refunded when a user cancels, because normal self-serve cancellation keeps Pro access active through the current paid billing period.

Refund requests are handled manually by email at zillowextension@proton.me. Refund eligibility is reviewed case by case. Include the signed-in account email, support profile reference if available, purchase date, and reason for the request.

If a refund is approved, it is processed through Stripe. Partial or prorated refunds are manual support exceptions, not the default cancellation behavior.

Approving a refund does not automatically delete the user's browser-local data. Saved lists, notes, search snapshots, exports, and backup files remain in the user's browser profile unless the user clears them.

Account Deletion

Backend account deletion requests are handled manually for first launch. Email zillowextension@proton.me from the signed-in account email.

Backend account deletion may remove account/profile records, backend entitlement records, and Stripe customer/subscription references where legally and operationally allowed. It does not erase browser-local saved deals, notes, snapshots, exports, or backup files.

Product Scope

Zillow Deal Analyzer is a rental-investment screening and workflow tool. It provides estimates based on visible Zillow page data and user-configured assumptions.

It is not financial, legal, tax, lending, zoning, appraisal, or investment advice. Users should verify listing data, rent, taxes, insurance, HOA rules, zoning, legal unit count, financing terms, and property condition before making investment decisions.

Zillow Deal Analyzer is not affiliated with Zillow, Google, Chrome Web Store, Freddie Mac, or Stripe.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the product changes. The published terms page shows the latest effective date.
