Include the signed-in account email, support profile reference if available, and a short description of the issue.
Include what you were trying to do, what happened, the Zillow page type, and whether the issue happened in the listing panel, search panel, or dashboard.
Backend account deletion is manual for first launch. Local browser data must be cleared from the extension/browser profile by the user.
Free And Pro Limits
Monthly counters reset each calendar month. Saved property count, active search snapshot count, compare-property limit, and export rows per file are plan caps rather than monthly reset counters.
